Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. All approved refunds are issued as cash refunds according to the arranged return method.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
